After
arrest in 1990 for kidney stealing and 10 years of stealing more than
500 kidneys and even after arrest of the accomplices having the guts
to release them from police after paying bribes if people like Amit
Kumar could escape law for 20 years what happens to persons who try
to expose such frauds explained by Prof. Narendra Nayak in
“History repeats itself”?
The
problems which Padmanabha Shetty in Kinnigoli faced were local
corruptions and not the global scams. The murder of my 2nd son
on 6.12.2003 by SSB’s members to steal the original file of a Kidney
stealing at his super speciality hospital which came to light after
hundreds of such stealing ought to
have opened the eyes of the Home department, the law enforcement department
and the judiciary investigated all the kidney transplantations in his
hospital as to who all died and why and who all survived especially
foreigners admitted. The apex court refused CBI investigation on murders
on 6.6.1993 and when the Andhra Government closed the file confidentially
based on a RDO’s order a contempt of court petition was filed against
the government and the police, the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh tried
to frighten me with dire consequences. It is another story that the
Chief Justice was transferred to another state as punishment and he
resigned immediately.
It
is a well known secret that no smuggling can happen without the knowledge
of the customs department. Look at the 3 consignments of ketamine
hydrochloride seized by the customs department by accident. When lots
of materials smuggled by Mr. Rahejas was seized by the customs at Bombay
it took such a long time for them to give information on the smuggler
under RTI Act as they were refusing to part with the information as
a third party so also the case against Mr.Vijay Mallya and
Adikesavulu who has brought heaven on earth with hundreds of damsels
dancing around him and his guests and making his customers happy with
all kinds of Som Ras suitable for any pockets from Kingfisher to the
costliest which can be consumed by the richest to take them to Nirvikalpa
Samadhi even finding ways to advertising his brands of Amrit in full
page with the subtler word SODA and thus breaking law. As most of the
news papers are commercial they have not hesitated to publish these
full page advertisements and be a partner in the
business of transforming this tiny earth which is hell to the poor to
heaven.
We
just watched the Raj TV on Thursday at 5.30 pm of RSNR aka SSB with
the President of India singing the glory of the sick person calling
himself god and claiming to cure diseases and resurrecting
dead to publicise his truth of false stories.
Blitz
Karanjia and Me
It
is funny to find that the present editors in Hindu do not know who is
R.K.Karanjia and B.K.Karanjia. They published the photograph of B.K.Karanjia
as R.K.Karanjia who died. While the debate between RSNR aka SSB and
Dr.A.T.Kovoor and H.Narasimhaiah was soaring high and at the time when
SSB’s claims of godhood and miracles were fully exposed, Blitz took
up the great work of saving SSB by publishing false stories of SSB’s
miracles for about 6 months and the English weekly Current on the opposite
side exposing SSB. This was the time when my articles were published
in a Malayalam weekly Janayugam whose circulation from 20,000 rose to
2,00,000/- because of my spicy articles against godmen and miracles.
In one of the articles Karanjia was alleged to have taken Rs.10,00,000/-
from SSB for publishing pro Saibaba articles. As usual Karanjia sent
a legal notice to Janayugam and directed them to beg pardon and pay
Rs.50 lakhs as compensation for the defamation. There was panic amongst
the directors of Janayugam and to save the situation Janayugam Editor
was requested to publish a letter for pardon. I was requested to agree
to this but refused stating that I have proof to the fact
that Karanjia had been paid much more than Rs.ten lakhs. I was requested
to prove it and I pointed out to the small invisible word
“advertisement” in the end of the articles on SSB. Kambissery the
editor was a fighter and replied back to the Blitz that we have
enough proof to prove that he had been paid to save SSB. That we would
meet in the court.
I also
wrote a letter to Mr.Karanjia that I can produce hundreds of Madhavanandas’
who will affirm that they are the authors of the article. Karanjia withdrew
the legal case in the court that the author of the article is missing.
It was in this serial of Madhavananda that the first allegation of sexual
abuse of students by SSB was published! It was great of Karanjia that
he confessed later in writing that the
articles published by him on SSB were not investigated. It was sent
by SSB for publication and published. Later after a decade he confessed
in an interview to a journal with him on the cover page
taking bath and cleansing himself of all sins that he no
doubt accepted money to save them from their fall but it they go against
the people he will expose
them. Karanjia could not do it in the case of SSB as SSB had grown too
big even for Karanjia. For this trait of his I admire him.
